Our Athletic Fundamentals sessions for 5-7 year olds will allow children to be able to enjoy the various different sports that are available to all, the fundamentals of movement must be mastered to be able to achieve success.

Sessions will be structured around providing fun and enjoyable activities for children to enjoy, with key focuses on the basic sporting movements of agility, balance and coordination which are all incorporated into the running, jumping and throwing activities that form all athletic events. By joining this session, children will develop not only their sporting skills but also their confidence in completing various different challenges, and gaining success at them.

Each week, following a group warm up, children will split into smaller groups, (which will be based on age) and participate in different activities suitable to their skill level. Each session will follow particular emphasis on different skills such as agility one week, and coordination the next etc.
