Route Description

The Teesdale Athletic Club Lamp Post Hills on Gill Lane session will test your stamina and endurance. This is one of the most challenging hill training sessions, remember everything you need to complete this session is inside you!

Training Session Route: 6 Hills Grey Lane and Old School Close

The session start point is at the junction of Gill Lane and The Sills. Run up the hill to the first lamp post, turn around and start jog recovery back to the start. After reaching the start, turn then run again up Gill Lane to the second lamp post before turning around again to start jog recovery back to the start. Repeat, extending each run section to lamp post 3 then 4 and finally the junction at the top of Gill Lane, turning around to start jog recovery back to start after each run section.
