Q1. How much do I have to pay?
Answer. As from 1st April 2024 a 12-month individual Senior (18 years and older) Club Membership fee is £44. This includes the £19 UK England Athletics registration fee. Details of all other membership types and fees are provided in the table below.

Note 1: The club will pay England Athletics (EA) Registration fee for individuals competing in England Athletics events.
Note 2: If the 2nd Claim EA Registration is not valid at time of transfer then the 2nd Claim will pay EA Registration fee.
Note 3: EA increased the registration fee to £19.00 from 1st April 2024..
Q2. When do I have to pay?
Answer. The Club Membership fee is payable on 1st April every year and remains valid for 12-months.
Q3. Will I get a reminder when my Club Membership fee is due?
Answer. Yes. The club Membership Secretary will send you an email when your payment is due.
Q4. How do I pay?
Answer. Teesdale Athletic Club has a new system in place, powered by UK England Athletics and Stripe, that allows you to pay your Club Membership fees online. By paying online you help reduce the time spent administrating the membership so your co-operation and support is warmly welcome. This service is available to members 18 years and over. Q5. Do I have to pay online?
Answer. We anticipate for the majority, using the online payment scheme will not be a problem. Nevertheless, there may be circumstances that prevent some members paying their Club Membership fees online. If this is the case please contact the club Membership Secretary as soon as you receive notification when payment is due so that we can discuss alternative payment methods.
Q6. I think I deleted the email requesting payment, what should I do?
Answer. An email will be sent to you when payment is due. If payment hasn’t been received within 2-weeks a second email will be sent to you requesting payment. If payment still hasn’t been received the club Membership Secretary will try and contact you using email and telephone to discuss payment of Club Membership fees.
If you feel circumstances prevent you from paying your Club Membership fee please get in contact with the club Membership Secretary as soon as possible so we can discuss and agree together a new payment plan.
Q7. I’m not over 18 years old, how do I pay for my fees?
Answer. Please ask an adult to make the payment online for you.
